“When Sanity Becomes Insanity” refresca el salvaje sonido suramericano de finales de los ochentas con renovadas e intensas atmósferas de ferocidad y crueldad musical, fiel reflejo de la apocalíptica visión de muerte y peste que inunda el presente. Combina la bestialidad del antiguo Sepultura con la purulencia de Vulcano, toques de la oscuridad de Atomic Aggressor o los ácidas guitarras de los primeros años de Morbid Angel y Pestilence.
